Jack Schneider - Bio

Jack Schneider is an Executive Managing Director at the Ezra Company and Co-Branch Manager of the Northern Virginia office. He also serves on the company’s management team. Prior to joining The Ezra Company in 2009, Jack established and managed the Suburban Washington office of Studley, Inc. in 1982 and left after a 30 year career there to join the Ezra team. Jack has over 34 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the tenant advocacy business in the suburban Washington market. He has been responsible for negotiating over 15 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions in addition to the non-traditional portfolio management work he has performed. Jack specializes in sophisticated transactions for his clients including build-to-suit transactions for government contractors and biotechnology companies as well as a wide array of creative lease transactions that assist his client’s in the acquisition, disposition and consolidation of their facilities. He is particularly knowledgeable with regard to the complex real estate issues facing regional corporations.
 
A representative list of clients include the Anteon Corporation, Emergent BioSolutions, Suburban Hospital, Johns Hopkins, and University of Southern California. 
 
Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in history at the University of Maryland and taught Special Ed when he graduated. He is a member of the Washington, D.C. Association of Realtors and is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.Jack enjoys running, playing golf and teaching yoga and meditation. He is intimately involved in raising money for The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. Jack resides in Potomac, Maryland with his wife and son.
