The University of Maryland Alumni Association awards and recognizes alumni throughout the year for their fearless accomplishments. There are two primary award programs: The Maryland Awards and The Alumni Excellence Awards. The Maryland Awards are part of the Alumni Association’s marquee event, A Celebration of Terps, hosted each spring. The Alumni Excellence Awards are featured in the winter Issue of TERP Magazine. Please submit your nomination(s) for an outstanding Terp for one or both award program opportunities. The Alumni Association reserves the right to move nominations from one award category to another if we feel there is better fit.
